The priority areas of intervention are health, roads, education and potable water.
The major criteria for evaluating and selecting project/program proposals for support include:
The process of project development, selection and implementation goes through a proposal submission, evaluation of proposal by the Secretariat, recommendation to the Board of Trustees( BOT) for decision, development of implementation plan, implementation, monitoring and evaluation.
The source of funding for selected projects is the budgetary allocation from the Foundation Fund.
The Foundation’s governance structure is two -tiered:
A strong communication plan aimed at both external and internal stakeholders is in place to ensure that all stakeholders are kept fully involved in and informed of what is going on.
In addition, an evaluation and impact analysis process has been developed to be able to determine the value added by the company’s corporate social investment.
